All orders are posted via Australia Post. 

The default shipping option is Parcel Post for a flat rate of $10. Please visit the Australia Post website for further information regarding their estimated delivery times to your location from Zone 3 (Warwick, Queensland, 4370).

There may be additional postage delays beyond our control due to Covid-19 and peak times.

We will aim to post all orders within 2 business days of your order being placed. Your shipping confirmation email will include an Australia Post tracking number so you can keep a track of the delivery status of your order. 

If you would like to insure your parcel through Australia Post, insurance is available as an option at checkout for an extra $2 per $100 cover. If you have any questions about your parcel once a tracking number has been issued, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. 

We do not provide a refund if you have entered your delivery details incorrectly.



Although we currently cannot offer international shipping, it's on our bucket list to provide this service in the future.
